CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
PuriflOH Limited (PuriflOH, PO3 or Company) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, due to his other commitments, Simon Lill has decided to resign as Company Secretary, effective today, 14 March 2024.
Simon will continue to serve as non-executive director. The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Gallagher as Company Secretary, effective today. Adam is a highly experienced Company Secretary, Director and executive with a broad corporate skillset and currently serves as Company Secretary forseveral listed companies. Adam holds Graduate Diplomas in Applied Corporate Governance and Information Systems, a Masters in Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics.
The Board looks forward to working with Adam. For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Adam will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
